Dean is a great guy.. I used him last year for a puncture and just recently used him for a new full set of tyres. Unfortunately the day before I was due to have them fitted I got a flat but I messaged him to see if my tyres had arrived which they had and he was with me within the hour at my place of work. Nothing is too much trouble. I love how he shares his live location so you know exactly where he is and roughly when he will arrive. I always recommend Tyre Emergency to family and friends. Dean absolutely saved me! Rang him up last minute on a Sunday with a flat tyre, quoted instantly and arrived 40 minutes later, with live location shared so I could see how far away he was. Really friendly, did the job within minutes and also really helped me out with the issue with my brake, I can't thank him enough, saved me a fortune on diagnostics and helped me get back on the road to be able to get home! The technician was professional, polite and explained the tyre options clearly. The work was done efficiently, with wheel balancing included, and the price was fair with no hidden charges. I am very satisfied with the overall service and would definitely use them again. Highly recommended!
