We fit it where you are
The tyre comes with us. Once we’re there it’s usually about fifteen minutes, and you drive off.
What you get
A new tyre, fitted where you’ve stopped

- One price before we set off. Tyre, fitting, valve, balancing, disposal and the call-out.
- The tyre on the van. Common sizes are carried; anything else we pick up on the way.

Clipped a kerb
A kerb can tear the sidewall or split the tyre inside where you can’t see it. Don’t drive on it — we come to you.
No spare in the boot
Most cars don’t carry one now, and a sealant can won’t fix a big hole. That’s what we’re for.

What people ask us
How quickly can you get to me?
On an urgent job, 60 minutes or less. You get a proper time when you ring, and if we can't get to you in time we'll say so before you wait.
Are you really 24 hours?
Yes — nights, weekends and bank holidays. Ring 01623 325123. Out-of-hours call-outs cost a bit more, and that's in the price you're given before we set off, not added afterwards.
What does an emergency call-out cost?
You get one figure before we leave: the tyre, fitting, valve, balancing, disposal and the call-out. What it comes to depends on the size and the brand.
Can you repair it instead?
Not as an emergency. A proper repair takes the tyre off the wheel and is a booked-in job from the next day, for customers close to us. If you're stuck now it's a new tyre. If the car can wait and it's a nail in the middle of the tread, book a repair instead.
I don't know exactly where I am
That's fine. We text you a link; tap it and your phone tells us where you are — lay-by, country lane or car park.
Do I need recovering to a garage first?
No. We fit the tyre where the car is, so there's no recovery truck and no second journey. If the wheel looks damaged too, we'll tell you.
